Autoplay for Vimeo videos not working on Chrome

Question

Hi After checking Chrome it appears Autoplay doesn't work on Windows or Mac for Vimeo videos. Please see example here http://geddesaxe.co.uk/pt/comingsoon.php

Could you tell me how to enable Autoplay for these videos on Chrome please?
