Is it possible to align certain elements in the design display at the top of the mobile view? For instance can a sidebar that currently displays below the information display at the top when viewing on a mobile device?

Simply find the following code:
<div class="postcontent col-lg-8">and replace it with:
<div class="postcontent col-lg-8 order-last order-lg-first">This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!
