Is it possible to align certain elements in the design display at the top of the mobile view? For instance can a sidebar that currently displays below the information display at the top when viewing on a mobile device?

This is Definitely Possible!
Simply find the following code:
[ch_pre][/ch_pre]
and replace it with:
[ch_pre][/ch_pre]
