I know Canvas theme is not an Admin Panel theme.
But seemingly it has all the UI shortcodes/components required for Admin Panel (Please correct me if I am wrong).
A demo page will be really helpful. Can we get one?

The Components provided with Canvas can definitely be used with an Admin Panel but it is necessarily provided for use with Forms. Consider checking out these examples: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/forms.html .
Unfortunately, we currently do not have any Admin related Template included or built for Canvas. We will surely notify you if there are any further developments on this. Thanks for your Patience.
