Hi, I am trying to create a custom wordpress theme with canvas template but my function SEMICOLON.initialize is not working I believe, all the functions like animation, go back to top, sticky footer, it's not working, I have tried added the same jquery version and the current version also, but no luck

Hello,
It appears like some Core Structural Elements might have been missing from the Page which is causing this issue. Please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.
Additionally, please make sure that you follow the Documentation > Start > HTML Structure Section.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
here's the live URL http://f776f76f.ngrok.io
and i think the structure is fine, because, when the site is simple HTML template, it's working fine but when i am taking it into wordpress, with the same structure, it is creating issues, on that function SEMICOLON.initialize is not working..
i have solved the issue, actually my scripts were loading in head tag, i had to run them in footer, now it is working, thanks :)
The theme is really great and simply amazing <3
