When using data-animate, what is the best way of speeding up or slowing down the animation speed?

The data-animate Functionality is handled by the Animate.css Library which uses CSS3 Animations, so normally it cannot be handled by the JS. It is Definitely Possible though, so simply set the style="-webkit-animation-duration: 2s; animation-duration: 2s;" Attribute for the Element where you are applying the data-animate Functionality.
