Hi there, i search your form examples but can't see any uploader with preview do you have any i need one.

Please consider using the File Upload Style Component: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/component-uploads.html . It has a File Preview option. It is already integrated with the Canvas Form Processor, so the attached files will be sent to your Emails.
