Admin Bar at top of page

Question

If I wanted to add an admin bar at the top of the page (above the top links), what css would be needed to keep it on top of the current menu system but still allow the top links, header and nav to have the same functionality.

Hello, You can simply use the CSS margin top Property to add adjustments to your Header and Top Bar based on your Admin Bar.
