adding a block or any other page element

I have created a package. Then I want to add a block to the homepage. How should I add the codes to the homepage? Should I make any change in style.css and .js files.

Hello,

We recommend adding CSS Codes to the css/custom.css File and the JS to either directly on the Homepage at the bottom, after the js/functions.js JS File Linking. However, if you are using the Block on multiple pages, you can create a new js/custom.js File and your Custom JS Codes within them.
