can you tell me what the "M-0" is after the add to cart button? Can I remove it without problems?

The .m-* Classes are Bootstrap Spacing Classes: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/utilities/spacing/ . You can definitely remove it and this would not cause any issues.
