Hello,
Revolution Slider and Slider Editor comes bundled with Canvas and so you cannot use Canvas’s Purchase Code to activate the Plugin. Here is a detailed explanation: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins#what .
Additionally, since the New Slider link is active, means that the Visual Editor is already active and ready to use.
