Hello dear,
I have done all the things that you have said but its not working properly. Some parts are missing. I directly copied "whole the files you mentioned in this list" from downloaded file from envato. But its still missing, not like in the demo. I would like to share some screenshots so you can easily recognize this issue.
I am working on wampserver 64bit local.

ok I got this. for demo niches; people need to create demos folder on main root then inside; restaurant folder needed to be placed.

As you mentioned, the Niche Demos should be in the same folders and the files in the same location as in the Package provided. We are in the process of creating a Package Generator which will enable you to Select only the Files required for your Project and download the Package based on it. This will be released soon.
