Hi Canvas

I have a site - www.redhousebarn.co.uk that until about a month or so was fine.

there seems to be an issue now that is affecting multiple elements

Eg on the home page the top bar on right has social links that don't hover correctly

There is a thumbnail video further down that when hovered did have a play button that launched a modal - this no longer works

Lower down on this page there are also some hover panels that have ceased to work properly.

I have customised it but it has been working seamlessly without issue and the issues I describe are not down to more changes made.

If you are able to see an underlying issue that i can fix i would be incredibly grateful as it is causing me and the client some headaches.

We have checked out your Website and the first issue is that the style.css File does not exist: https://www.redhousebarn.co.uk/style.css . So this is what we are seeing right now. Please upload the style.css File first and then we can check further.

Additionally, if the issues are related to Customized Codes, then you will have to compare your Files with the Default Files first to check if the issue exists on the Default Files as well. If yes, then please let us know and we will definitely check this out for you.

i don't get why - i've tried incognito too plus other browsers see attached

Its working now but there are many issues on your Website which are cause only due to Customizations!

  1. Check the Attachment. The body is set to display: none;.

  2. The Play Icon is not styled properly because you are using the .portfolio-overlay Element but the .portfolio-overlay Class does not exist in the style.css File.

So there are many Styles missing. There are so many changes that, unfortunately, it is really difficult for us to track the issues. Also, we can assure you that the issues are due to Missing Codes and incorrect configurations which is something that is your responsibility, as we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy .

If there are any issues with the Default Codes provided with Canvas, we are more than Happy to Help!

SO i have resolved most issues but there does seem to be an issue with top bar and main nav

We have checked out your Website and the HTML Codes you are using on your Page are from the Old Versions of Canvas. Make sure that your CSS/HTML/JS are all from the same version of Canvas to ensure complete compatibility and free of issue. Hi - Thanks for your reply and for the link.

I think the issue is related to me updating part of the files and everything being out of line.

It is a fair amount of work for me to go through everything and swap out elements.

I wondered if you we able to send me a previous version of canvas so that the codebase would be compatible - I appreciate and understand that you won't offer support on this going forward but it will definitely be the quickest solution to me problem as my client is not happy.
