Please note that . It should be in HTML not attaching the images of color with heading and button written on it .

This is not responsive all grid are not adjusting . all the box should come below each other.

As mentioned earlier, you will need to use the Bootstrap Grid: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.2/layout/grid/ for the Grid Layout. You can simply consider replacing .col- with .col-md- to make them Stack under each other on Mobile Devices. Example:
