Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not have plans to change this at the moment. Considering you can use 1 License of Canvas only on 1 Website, 3 Packages per day is sufficient. If you need to add more files, you can simply add them from the Main Package downloaded from ThemeForest.
We are looking to limit the Package Downloads to 5 Packages per month to prevent abuse.
