We have just checked out the codes and it appears to be working fine for us (see attached image). Consider using the following code:
[ch_pre]

[/ch_pre]

and make sure that you are using the Latest Version of Bootstrap.

I tried also that code but there is a padding on the left. Instead should be attached on screen Thanks
